1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 7ooobet platform (available at https://7ooobet.app and any associated mobile interface), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into this agreement.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 7ooobet platform and, if you have already registered an account, request its closure by contacting support via the in-platform live chat.

7ooobet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice upon next login. Continued use of the platform following notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Language: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. English is the governing language of this agreement. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from a translation, the English-language version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 7ooobet platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

7ooobet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Accounts may be suspended pending verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in permanent account closure and the forfeiture of any bonus credits.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming features on 7ooobet, you must complete the account registration process in full and provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information at all times. The registration process requires, at minimum, a valid email address, a chosen username, a password, your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number for OTP verification.

You agree to:

• Provide only accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of the platform. Providing false information — including but not limited to a false name, false date of birth, or false contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Keep your account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes, strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify 7ooobet support immediately via in-platform live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Update your account information promptly if any of your details change, particularly your contact mobile number or email address, to ensure you continue to receive important security notifications.

7ooobet will never contact you to request your password, OTP codes, or full payment card details via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to come from 7ooobet that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Account Verification (KYC): 7ooobet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All financial transactions on 7ooobet are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account wallet.

Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 7ooobet wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect, depending on the processing times of the originating bank.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the 7ooobet payments team. For mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), processing is completed within the same business day in the majority of cases. Withdrawal Conditions: You may only withdraw funds that represent genuine gameplay activity. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into the same account, unless otherwise approved by the payments team following a KYC review.
• Bonus credits and funds derived from promotional offers are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms before they become eligible for withdrawal.

Failed or Reversed Transactions: In the event that a deposit is not credited to your account within the expected timeframe, you must contact 7ooobet support via in-platform live chat and provide your transaction reference number, the payment method used, the amount, and the date and time of the transaction. 7ooobet will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within two business days.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

7ooobet offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free credit awards, seasonal promotions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL Special, and T20 World Cup promotions), and VIP programme rewards. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• One Bonus Per Player: Each individual player — identified by name, date of birth, address, email address, device, or payment method — is eligible for each promotional offer only once, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Detection of any such activity will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7ooobet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been legitimately claimed and are actively being wagered at the time of the change.

6 Gameplay & Fair Use Policy

7ooobet is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following gameplay rules and fair use conditions apply to all real-money activity on the platform:

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7ooobet platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, manipulating game outcomes through technical exploits, or any other form of fraudulent conduct directed at 7ooobet or other players.
• Money Laundering: Using the 7ooobet platform as a vehicle for laundering funds derived from illegal activity. 7ooobet cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units in the investigation of suspected money laundering activity.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

7ooobet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity on the account.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the account holder.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account restriction.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.

Player-Initiated Closure: You have the right to close your 7ooobet account at any time by contacting support via in-platform live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method within five business days, subject to completion of KYC verification if not already on file.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account as a responsible gaming measure, please use the self-exclusion tool available in your account settings rather than a standard closure request. Dormancy fees, where applied, will not reduce the account balance below zero. Dormant accounts can be reactivated at any time by logging in and completing a verification check.

Governing Law & Disputes: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international online gaming law as applicable to the 7ooobet platform.
